Steps

  1. WIN+G to open Windows Gaming Bar
  2. Go to Settings > Widgets > Audio to record > All (to be able to have sound)
  3. WIN+ALT+M to toggle mic recording (or let it enable)
  4. WIN+ALT+R to toggle video recording
