- Prick the pastry all over with a fork
- Pour the mixture into the tart tin
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) using the fan setting
- Bake for 35 minutes, checking halfway through
- Let it rest for 60 minutes
